O to N

This is a very late post, but some random pictures from the last few weeks.

Emmi was Goldilocks for Halloween and loved that people put shiny things into her "purse" (she didn't know it was candy).

Jay was chosen to be mummified at our Church party.

We T&Ted on a street with a Star Wars show, and below is the only treat we gave Em after her hard work. Things will be different next year...

We enjoyed beautiful Fall weather.

Emmi's favorite seat. A little cold, but she doesn't seem to mind. Good access, you know.

My birthday was in November and we celebrated by cake first, babysitter second, dinner and walking the new Highline park.

Jay's sister visited for Thanksgiving and we showed her the sights. Then we had a big dinner at dear NY friends.

Oh, and we got a new shelf.

Another warm November come and gone...

G + H Wedding

Jay informed me that I blog incorrectly. The caption for the picture should go above the picture. I guess he has a lot of experience in blogging I didn't know about.
Anyone have an official answer?

October was a busy month... I am hoping to get to Halloween by Christmas!

After spending time with Jay's family in MA, we went to my brother's wedding in Utah.

This is Emmilene helping decorate for the reception...

We got fired from decorating due to "lack of style", so we took cousin Lillian and Aunt Teresja and went to this awesome park. Not long after we arrived, so did 2 huge van-loads of teenagers. Don't you hate it when they take over the park?

Gunnar and Heather, the night before the big event. Don't they just look so happy?

And my little brother, Anders... um... posing...?

The little girls were very excited to be a part of the wedding.

Just ignore Anders hanging in the tree.

Grandpa Max snitching a cookie before lunch.

The view outside the reception. I forget how tall mountains are. Much more beautiful than skyscrapers.

You can see I was carrying most the weight.
haha

May your life be happy and not too many disappointments, except a few that make you closer.
Love you!

Boston Part I

Boston!
We went to this great city to visit Joanne, Jay's sister, along with most of Jay's family. We all stayed in a house near Cambridge and had a great time.

Boston Children's Museum

Walking the Freedom Trail

The Old North Church. We should get booths in our churches and let the kids run free.
Although most the people in the tour were not happy about all the happy child noise.

Visiting John Adams' House

Hanging out at the house, and David not doing the MJ Penguin dance.

Grandpa reading before bed.

Dinner without kids.... ahhh.

Jay thoroughly enjoyed his crab-legs.
