Emmilene meets Robert

Yesterday, Emmilene and my mom came to visit us twice in the hospital. Emmi was very excited to meet her little brother, Robert Jay, for the first time.

The nurses slicked his hair back just before so he would make a good impression.

Emmi is quite smitten by him.


So is Grandma.

Finally... some male bonding.

And today we headed home...

Here he is. Weighing in at 7 lbs 15 oz, length: 21 inches. Arriving at 1:15 AM July 12, 2010.

We sure love you. The name will be released soon...

Still Kickin'

Yep. Baby and I are still kickin' it together, although one of us is doing a lot more kicking than the other.

My due date is actually tomorrow (I thought - until last week - it was the 8th), so we are getting close to seeing this little boy. I still don't feel ready, but I did clean out the fridge. We still need to finish our name list....
