You can see how much she enjoyed it below.
I guess the trauma she suffered the day before was still too fresh in her memory.
So we gave her a small cupcake and ice cream and she enjoyed that much better.
She did not give it the reception we had hoped. After staring at it for a few seconds, she stuck her foot in it and tried to crawl away.
Happy birthday, little girl!
We love you!
How can we say how significant our father's have been in our lives? We can't, at least not with any poetic justice. So we will just say how much we love you! Thanks for everything you have done for us!!
And Emmi couldn't have picked a better father out of a hundred million gillion dads. We love you so much!!
And sorry the French Toast didn't turn out this morning!
Unfortunately, Emmilene is not the best packer. But she is really good at unpacking, so she had to wait to use her skills until we were in the new place.
Emmi has been crying out for her own room for a little while now, so we found a new 2 bedroom here in the city.
Emmi explaining how she likes having more space to walk around in, although this is a lot of talk with little action.
Well, the big day has come. Emmilene turned one year old today. She partied from the time she awoke until she shut her eyes for bed.
We'll post pictures tomorrow, but we wanted to say we love you little girl!
