The date we have been thinking about for the last 7 months.
Nope, no baby yet...but June 5th has finally come.
Before we had revealed to the public we were expecting, Jay put a countdown on our computer entitled, "The Event". Every time I went to check the weather on our main page, there was the little box with what seemed like a million days left. The seconds kept counting down. It used to be so long away....and now all of a sudden, the clock has stopped. The Event alarm went off this morning.
I guess the countdown stops, although we still wait for The Event...

You gotta get that baby out before he's a 10 pounder! He's gonna be a big boy! Seriously, I'm ready to see this kid. I'm so happy for you!
It cracks me up that the clock stopped ... and your little girl didn't automatically know it was time to enter the world. Good luck when labor officially starts! Please let me know!!!!!!
So nothing came of the contractions? Too bad! She'll come eventually, of course, but waiting is so tough.
Well, she's here!!!! Only one day late-- she must have at least some of Jay's punctuality in her genes. If not, she probably would have waited another week.
